Quality Control Manager (ARAMCO Onshore/Offshore IKSA)
Offshore Location: Tanajib Saudi Arabia
QC Manager ARAMCO Approval compulsory
Travel: When required, he should frequently travel offshore.
Primary Responsibilities, Authorities & Accountabilities:
Support the Group effort for continual Quality improvement to be recognized as a leader in quality.
Support the management of the company’s ISO, ASME, API, ABS, GL, and other Certifications.
Manage the project QC process and ensure that contractual obligations and responsibilities are fulfilled.
Management of key relationships between the Group and its customers, suppliers, and employees. Liaising and advising production management and suppliers on matters related to Project Quality and error prevention.
I am authorized to report & monitor facility production activity analyses about quality and quality defects.
Performance management of QC personnel and advising /assisting as required.
To ensure general discipline among QC staff. (Start-stop, HSES, OT, Housekeeping, etc.).
Support in the development of in-house training materials for all functions.
Identify, develop &implement Quality related training programs.
Approve timesheets, overtime, leave, expenses, etc. of subordinates.
Ensure Compliance with HSES policies and procedures as applicable.
Ensure compliance with Information Security policies and procedures as applicable.
Key Performance Indicator:
Implement and monitor systems to forecast facility QC resource requirements and measure the efficiency of facility QC resources against project budgets.
Allocate & monitor QC resources effectively and efficiently on all projects.
Establish and monitor systems to measure the efficiency of QC resources.
Achieve the approved Quality-related PMT & non-revenue budget.
Role Specific Competencies:
Communicate (written &oral) in the English language with confidence.
Excellent listening skills and ability to coach subordinates.
At least 12 years experience in offshore Oil & Gas Construction Industry quality functions, of which 5 must have been in a supervisory position.
A high standard of general education i.e. diploma, degree, in engineering.
Excellent technical knowledge of the Oil & Gas & marine industry.
Technical Engineering Qualification (QMS Lead Auditor) preferred.
A diploma or Degree in QMS preferred.
Able to coach others to working knowledge or skill level.
Planning and managing quality assurance programs Training and presenting to a wide range of audiences.
