Semasocial Terms Of Services


1. Introduction

This agreement is between Semasocial Platforms. ("Semasocial", "We", "Us"), based in Nairobi, Kenya, and you ("You", "User"). By using the Semasocial website at semasocial.com, the Semasocial software, and mobile applications (collectively referred to as "Semasocial", "Service", or "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy located at semasocial.com/help/privacy/. 4. Account Termination and User Content

  • Accounts inactive for over 6 months may be subject to closure with prior notification.
  • Abandoned Pages or Groups can be reassigned or terminated by Semasocial.

  • The Services are intended for users aged 16 and above. Engaging with third-party sites through Semasocial subjects you to their terms and privacy policies.
