Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Integrated Supply Chain Director to lead and transform end-to-end supply chain operations. The role will drive strategy, procurement, logistics, materials management, supplier performance, and in-country value initiatives to ensure operational excellence and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead integrated supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives
- Oversee strategic sourcing, procurement, contracts, and supplier management
- Manage materials planning, inventory, warehousing, and logistics operations
- Drive supply chain performance, digital transformation, and continuous improvement
- Lead In-Country Value (ICV) and local content development programs
- Ensure governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 20+ years Oil & Gas industry experience, including 10+ years in supply chain leadership
