DESCRIPTION
1. Operating Packaging Machine
2. Packaging of Goods and stacking them on the racks
3. Ensure proper count of the packets into the boxes
4. Ensuring correct weight of each product
5. Cleaning of packaging machine
6. Organizing the stacking of goods correct as per system
7. Filing all documents
8. Receive and forward goods and deliveries in and out of the warehouse.
9. Monitor and take inventory on regular basis to compile orders based on par levels or needs.
10. Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note, and agreed quantity has been received.
11. Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items.
12. Ensure cleanliness of the warehouse and in strict compliance with hygiene regulations.
13. Ensure the quantity requested and the quantity issued always matches.
14. Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory levels and needs.
15. Complete requisition forms for inventory.
16. Check goods and report when stock is low.
17. Verify and track received inventory and complete inventory reports and logs.
18. Randomly check the products once a week to determine the expired product.
19. Reports damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement and record-keeping purposes.
20. Reporting to the General Manager and Admin Manager timely
21. Performing responsibility with utter honesty and diligence
22. Perform any other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
